The prices given are per person, per day.
In high season the minimum stay is from Saturday to Saturday and in the lower seasons a minimum stay of 4 days. Stays of up to 3 days will carry a 10% surcharge.
The local visitor tax of 3.00 € per person, per day is not included in the list price.
40% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation: 3 months before date of arrival 40% cancellation fees, 1 month before arrival 70% and week before 90%.
On the date of arrival your accommodation will be available from 2pm.
On departure day, check-out is 10am.
